84 Ram-Eesh Manjari 2024-2025 International School THESE GOLDEN DAYS OF SCHOOL LIFE!As I sit in our classroom, the gentle hum of the fan above and the sound of chalk scratching on the blackboard remind me of how precious these moments truly are. Right now, I am living the golden days of my life, though perhaps I won't fully realize their worth until years from now. The school bell marking the start of a new day, is a call to some daily adventure. We all gather in the assembly hall, forming a soft melody as we sing the prayer and the National Anthem. It is not just a ritual, for it is something that binds us together, reminding us of the oneness we share within these walls. Lessons bring their own mix of excitement and challenge. Some enjoy solving mathematical problems, while others enjoy the creative expressions of literature. Every subject and every teacher add a unique colour to the tapestry of our journey of learning.Recess brings in a world of its own - a burst of freedom and joy. Moments are shared at lunchboxes, or ways to loosen ourselves are invented, like laughing at the silliest of jokes, etc. They are the memories we hold close to our hearts. Friendships blossom here and memories are made. Sometimes, special events like sports day, cultural programs, and art exhibitions, are held in our school which break the routine. They teach us teamwork, determination, and the absolute joy of participating. The applause from the audience and the satisfaction of giving our best are the feelings that words cannot capture. Of course, school life is not all about fun. There are exams, assignments, and strict words from teachers; but in them there is always a sense of growth, a lesson in resilience being imparted.Someday, when I'm going to be older, I'll look back at these days with nostalgia. The same classroom, the same corridors, and the same faces will become cherished memories. But for now, I'm here, living every moment, soaking in the beauty of this time. I exhort all my friends and classmates to make these years unforgettable, for they are the foundation of who we'll become.
