INTRODUCTION
The Journal of Teacher Education and Research (formerly Ram-Eesh Journal of Education)

is the referred official Journal of Ram-Eesh Institute of Education, which was established in

1999 under Rama-Eesh Charitable Trust, New Delhi. The Institute has been publishing this
Journal since November 2004. The purpose of this Journal is to foster inter-cultural

communication among educators & teachers nationwide, encourage transactional

collaborative efforts in research & development and promote critical understanding of
teacher education problems in a global perspective. The Journal is designed to reflect

balanced representation of authors from different regions of the country. The Journal has

become an e-journal from June 2015.

OBJECTIVE

The JOURNAL OF TEACHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH is brought out with the

following objectives:

- To disseminate information about any

theory, practice, research, innovation

and experiment in the field of
Education, especially in Teacher

Education.

- To provide a forum for debate for the

above said areas of concern,

particularly in relevance to India.
