Message

Education is a tool of development. With technological
advancement, there has been immense transformation in
the field of Education. It has brought explosion of
information and reduced distance. But education doesn't
mean only getting good marks and an attractive salary, it
must also make an individual a good and social person in
day-to-day life.

Values are deteriorating day by day in the society, with
children also unafraid of committing crimes. We all must
try to find out the reason for this. Values must be
re-established through education otherwise the downfall
of the society is guaranteed. Education is an important
treasure of the modern world, so students must be given
proper knowledge and values that will contribute to a
more humane world.

Teachers are very important role models for their
students. Students desire to emulate their role models.
Teachers prepare scientists, entrepreneurs, artists, etc.
but sometimes they are unsung heroes who work behind
the scenes. The role of teachers is vital in shaping the
future of students and in inculcating values in them.
Ram-Eesh Institute of Education was established in 1999
by Dr. R.C. Sharma, Former Senior Advisor of UNESCO
Paris, a man of values with the mottoes -Righteousness,
Integrity and Enlightenment. He has always guided us to
acquire knowledge, competencies and values. Our
energetic MD, Ms.Pratibha Sharma, motivates and
supports us at every step to do our best and innovate in
the field of teacher education. The Institute lays emphasis
on development of teaching skills with rigorous training
through Simulated Teaching, Micro Teaching, Integrated
Teaching and Real Class Room Teaching Practices.
Different workshops are organized to strengthen
scholastic aspects of prospective teachers. For
co-scholastic development of personality of student
teachers, various cultural, literary, artistic and sports
activities are also organized.
