1Ram-Eesh Pharma Club in association with Rotary Club of Green Greater Noida organized a “Blood Donation Camp & Thalassemia Awareness Talk” on 15th November, 2017 at Ram-Eesh Institute of Vocational & Technical Education. More than 150 students and faculty members participated in Blood Donation Camp.

1Teachers' Day Celebrations by the students of B. Pharmacy!!!

1A National Seminar on “Challenges and Opportunities: Nanopharmaceuticals" sponsored by Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam University was held at Ram-Eesh Institute of Pharmacy on August 18, 2017. The Seminar was one of its kind and attended by more than 150 delegates from various Pharmacy and Biotechnology institutions, industries and Scientific institutions. The speakers in the Seminar were Dr. Sushma Talengoankar, Dr. Vipin Kumar, Dr. Nidhi Maheshwari, Dr. Saurabh Dahiya and Dr. Shweta Dang.

1Ram-Eesh Institute of Pharmacy organized a three day Faculty Development Programme on "Teaching and Research Methods" from 20th to 22nd July, 2017. Eminent Speakers from various domains- Dr. Vikas Dhikav, R.M.L. Hospital; Mr. A.K. Gupta , Pharmasynth; Mr. Amit Saxena, Havells; Dr. Kumar Sambhav, Galgotias University and Dr. Vinod Kumar Kansal from Pharmaceutical Industry- enlightened and motivated the faculty members.

1The achievements of the Students and Faculty of Ram- Eesh Group of Institutions were celebrated at the Annual Day with Distinguished Chief Guests, Shri Prakash Singh, Dr. R.K. Panigrahi and Ms. Sweta Singh. Congratulations to all!

1Rameeshotsav 2017 had a fantastic participation from over 10 colleges with students showcasing their immense talents in song, dance, debate, and one act play with great enthusiasm. Overall a really fun day!

1Bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications, the B.Pharmacy final year students visited various multinational Pharmaceutical industries in Goa like Micro Labs Limited, BLUE CROSS and Abbot Laboratories. They also had lots of fun at the beach!

1A Health Checkup Camp was organized by Ram-Eesh Pharma Club in village Kulipura in Greater Noida on 16/02/2017 where Free Sugar level, Blood pressure, Eye and General Health checkups were offered to the villagers. The villagers were also advised on prevention of various diseases like Malaria, Dengue, Chickenguniya, Diabetes and Cancer. Free medicines were distributed to the villagers.

1Sarvan Kumar of B.Pharm 3rd year won Bronze Medal in Shot Put in the AKTU Sports Fest 2017 organized at Galgotia Group of Institutions, Greater Noida. The students of B.Pharmacy also participated in many other sports competitions.

1B.Pharmacy II year students went on an industrial visit to Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd., Sonepat.

1Prof. Jainendra Jain, Dr. Smriti Khatri, Dr. Sandeep Bansal, Mrs. Reema Sinha, Mr. Lubhan Singh, Mr. Krishan Kumar Verma and Mr. Rahul Kaushik participated in a DST and DBT sponsored Conference cum Workshop “NANOBIOTECK-2016” organized by Indian Society of Nanomedicine at JLN Auditorium, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.

1Dr. Pallavi Rai, Ms. Reema Sinha, Mr. Lubhan Singh, Mr. Azhar Danish Khan, Mr. Krishan Kumar Verma, Mr. Rahul Kaushik and Ms. Vandana participated in a DST Sponsored National Seminar on “Industry Expectations from Academia” held at School of Pharmacy, Lloyd Institute of Management and Technology.

1Mr. Shyamnarayan Sharma, Librarian of Ram-Eesh Institute of Pharmacy participated in the Symposium on Libraries of the Future organized by DELNET in collaboration with Balani Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

1Ram-Eesh Group of Institutions participated in the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of MSME Technology Innovation Center Greater Noida where the students of RIET and RIT showcased their MSME approved projects.

1Ram-Eesh Pharma Club celebrated the World Pharmacist’s Day on 25/09/2016. A Quiz and Poster competition was organized for thestudents. The winners of Poster presentation were Jay Pandey and Himanshu Singh (First prize) and Sumit Keshari and Md. Azaharuddin (Runner up).
The winners of Quiz competition were Reena Jaiswal, Manni Sharma, Sonal ShriPriya and Jay Pandey (First prize) and Deepak Pandey, Shruti Chaudhary, Shivendu Mishra and Payal Gupta (Runner up).

1Dr. Smriti Khatri, Associate Professor, Ram-Eesh Institute of Vocational and Technical Education, Greater Noida delivered a presentation on ‘Floating Capsules on Acyclovir with Piperine as a Bioenhancer’ at Asia Pacific Drug Formulation and Bioavailability Congress, Beijing, China, which was held on 5th-7th September, 2016. She was also the moderator for the same. She received the travel grant from Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).

1DST sponsored seminar on “Evidence Based Alternative Medicine: Challenges and Opportunities.” was organized by Ram-Eesh Institute of Vocational and Technical Education on 29th and 30th April 2016 in collaboration with Association of Pharmacy Professionals. Around 200 delegates from various Institutes across India participated in the seminar. Eminent speakers in the field of alternative medicine from AYUSH, Hospitals, Industries and Academic institutes engaged various technical sessions.

1E4E, a MNC dealing with Medical Coding and Medical Writing, conducted pool campus interviews at Ram-Eesh in which many students of various colleges participated. About twenty students, including Ravi Kumar from Ram-Eesh, were selected for the Medical coding profile.

1The Institute of Pharmacy had a heart warming Alumni Meet 2016 on May 1. It was great to see you all doing well!

1Industrial Seminars for Faculty and Students were conducted by Ms. Bhawna Gupta of Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd and Mr. Rahul Jain from Teva API India Pvt. Ltd. on Regulatory Affairs and Establishing Impurity Specifications respectively.

1Pharma Club in collaboration with Shining Tree organized a Blood Donation Camp in which students of RIT and residents of AVJ participated.

1Annual Day 2016 was a glamorous event with Chief Guest Prof. Vinay Pathak ( Honorable Vice Chancellor, AKTU ) and Guets of Honor, Dr. Mahajan(Former Joint Secretary, MHRD) and Mr. Tomar( Head, Operations, Higlance Laboratories) gracomg the occassion.

1Ram-Eesh Pharma Club organized Nasha Mukti(De- Addiction) & Swachh Bharat Abhiyan in the Village of Kulipura, Greater Noida on March 13, 2016.

1On February 21, students of the Ram-Eesh Pharma Club went to the sectors of Greater Noida to give polio drops to children below 5 years.

1The Ram-Eesh Intercollege Fest was a grand success with more than 15 colleges participating in a medley of cultural competitions.

1A one day Entrepreneurship Development Programme was conducted by Ram-Eesh Institute of Vocational and Technical Education in collaboration with National Institute for Skill and Business Development (NIESBUD), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India on 15th February 2016. Eminent speakers like Mr. Anurag Mittal, Faculty, NIESBUD, Ms. Shipra Singh, Facilitator and Program Manager, Elemen-O-P Facilitators Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Ankit Pundir, Founder and Director, Ennoble IP and Gaurav Chaudhary, Director, Bajaj Pharmaceuticals and Alumni of Ram-Eesh Institute of Vocational and Technical Education delivered Motivational lectures on Entrepreneurship.

1On the Occasion of Martyr's Day, the District Administration organised a March of students and residents of Greater NOIDA from Pari Chowk to Ram-Eesh where the the map of India was outlined with candles on the Ram-Eesh Ground. Ram-Eesh was aflame with patriotic fervour and a pledge was taken to do the best for the country.

1The B.Pharmacy final year students went for their Industrial Tour to Daman where they visited industries including RICHTER THEMIS MEDICARE PVT. LTD. DAMAN & UNIVERSAL COSMETICS PVT. LTD. SILVASA. They also had great fun at the beach!

1Dr. Pallavi Rai (Lavhale), Associate Professor, Ram-Eesh Institute of Vocational and Technical Education, delivered an oral presentation on “Preparation and Physicochemical Characterization of Ingredients of Indian Traditional Medicine: Mahamrutyunjaya rasa.” at the Global Summit on Herbal and Natural Remedies, Chicago, USA held on 26-27th October 2015. She has been awarded with travel grants by the Indian Council of Medical Research and Sir Ratan Tata Trust for attending the International Conference.

1National Workshop on Recent Advances in Central Nervous System Drug Discovery sponsored by DST was held on October 30-31.

1B.Pharm. faculty and students in the village Juneidpur conducting a health camp and creating awareness amongst the villagers of the harmful effects of using oxytoxin in animals.

1On October 2, Faculty and students of B.Pharmacy and B.Ed. went to the slum area in Greater Noida to explain the harmful effects of alcohol and tobacco.

1A fun filled Fresher's Party for the new batch of B.Pharm. students was graced by Chief Guest Mr. Rajiv Sharma and Mr.Rohit Sharma. Durgesh Tewari and Shubhangi Sharma won the Mr and Miss Fresher crowns.
